A new company, run by the person who answers the phone

Lehigh Valley Builders is new. We are not going to tell you we have been trusted for thirty years, because we haven't been, and you can check.

What we can tell you is how the work is done and who is doing it. The person who walks the basement with you is the person running the job, the same one you reach at the start.

Why basements

Because it is the biggest under-used space in most Lehigh County homes, and because it is the project most often done badly. A basement rewards doing the boring parts properly: checking for water, framing off the foundation wall correctly, planning the mechanical soffits before the layout is fixed.

It also punishes shortcuts more than any other room. Finish over a moisture problem and the drywall, insulation and flooring all fail together.

How we keep ourselves honest

Every project starts with a moisture check before we quote. Every price is written and broken into line items. Every day of the build we photograph framing, wiring and insulation and send it to you, so when the walls close there is still a record.

We are fully insured and every permitted item is pulled and inspected through your municipality.
