What we handle
Demolition, framing changes, electrical, cabinetry installation, countertop coordination, backsplash, flooring and trim. Plumbing fixture sets and appliance hookups are included in the scope where the layout allows.
Layout changes and load-bearing walls
Opening a wall between a kitchen and a living space is common and often structural. We determine whether the wall carries load before it is part of the plan, and price the beam and posts honestly rather than discovering it mid-demo.
How it is priced and scheduled
Same as our basement work: a written line-item price after the walkthrough, daily photo documentation, and a punch list walkthrough at the end.
