Basement Game Rooms and Playrooms in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania
Game rooms and playrooms are the most flexible thing you can do with a basement, which means the layout should assume the room will change.

Ceiling height decides the game
A pool table needs clearance for a cue, a dartboard needs a throw line, and a golf simulator needs real height. We measure the finished ceiling height at the lowest duct before we tell you what fits, not after.
Finishes that survive children
For playrooms we lean on LVP flooring, semi-gloss on the trim, and drywall corners with metal bead. It is not a design compromise. It is what still looks good in five years.
Wiring for what comes later
We put outlets and data where a TV, a console shelf or a projector could reasonably land, even if you are not installing them now. Adding them later means opening a finished wall.

What it costs
