Custom Basement Bars in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania
A bar is the part of the basement people remember, and it is also the part with plumbing in it, which is why it gets planned first.

Wet bar or dry bar
A dry bar is cabinetry, counter, power and lighting. A wet bar adds supply lines and a drain, and the drain is the deciding factor. If your main stack and slab allow a gravity drain we use it; if not, we plan an ejector pit and tell you the cost before you fall in love with the layout.
Power and appliances
Undercounter fridges, kegerators and ice makers each want their own circuit. We plan the panel load with the rest of the basement, not as an afterthought when the cabinets are already in.
Counter, cabinetry and trim
We frame the bar structure, set the cabinetry, and run the trim ourselves, so the reveals line up with the rest of the room instead of looking like a piece someone dropped in later.
