A bathroom is the single biggest add to a basement budget, and the single biggest add to how much the space actually gets used.

Rough-in or no rough-in
Many Lehigh County homes built in the last thirty years have a bathroom rough-in already in the slab. If yours does, the plumbing cost drops substantially. If it does not, we either cut and trench the slab to reach the main, or install a sewage ejector pit. Both work. They cost differently, and we will tell you which one your house needs before we quote.
Ventilation is not optional
A basement bathroom without a properly ducted exhaust fan pushes moisture into a space that already struggles with it. We duct to the exterior, never into the joist bay or the rim.
Permits and inspection
Basement bathrooms are permitted work. We pull the permit, schedule the rough and final inspections, and hand you the paperwork at the end so it is clean when you sell the house.

What it costs
