How we price it

A number you can take apart

Most remodeling quotes are one number on one page. Ours is a line-item scope with every part priced separately and the conditional items named before anything starts, because a number you cannot take apart is a number you cannot check.

We work at $75 to $125 per square foot with a $50,000 project minimum. If your job is smaller than that we will say so and point you somewhere better, rather than stretch to fit it.

    Not up front. That matters when you are drawing on a line of credit.

    A basement with the sewer line above the slab is a different job from one below it, and a different price. You will know which one you have before you sign, not in week three.
